As a previous reviewer wrote "arrived damaged and bent", unfortunately, mine did as well. I did try to fix it by placing it in direct sunlight to soften it, however unsuccessful. I requested to return this item, the seller reached out within 24 hours or so and approved the return request. Both, the correspondence and customer service were excellent! I think if this item were to be packaged securely in a box with bubble wrap (mine was sent in a shipping bag) it would have held up and been useable as it is a nice size and sturdy bag.Absolutely love this bag perfect sizemy daughter loves itLove this bag! Arrived bent out of shape. Packing consists of plastic bag. The color wrong ordered bright green but received a dull washed out green color. The handles were also twisted. I have nothing good to say about bag.Poor Quality, Item came in all bent out of shape due to poor packaging, had black smudges all on the inside of the bag and it was not the color originally ordered. Seller was not cooperative about returns. I would not purchase from this person again.
